Kai Velmer has an impressive career in sports management and is deeply committed to the development of soccer at all levels. He currently serves as the Executive Director for the USA League. Over the past 15 years, he has held various roles, including Director of Coaching, Director of Operations, General Manager of the WPSL team, and Assistant Coach and Goalkeeper Coach at the University of Tampa. He has also worked with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission and the Tampa Bay Rowdies. He served as President of the Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) for four years, demonstrating exceptional leadership. Additionally, he supports Pinellas County United. Kai’s experience and dedication to the sport are unmatched.

Gerald Mai has over 25 years of coaching experience and a strong passion for football. A former professional player with clubs like Eintracht Frankfurt and Kickers Offenbach, he knows how to develop talent. After his playing career, he spent 10 years coaching at Eintracht Frankfurt‘s football school and then founded the "Kids Soccer Academy,“ offering camps and individual training. H e also worked as an assistant coach in Regionalliga Bayern for 10 years. He holds severalcertifications, including theDFB-A license, goalkeeping coach license, fitness coach A license, and athletic trainer A license.
